Jekaterina is a Sports Massage Therapist and Deep Tissue Massage Practitioner, she is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies. With a focus on relieving muscle tension, she specialises in addressing discomfort and restrictions in movement.

With her treatments she is aiming to help with postural imbalances, aid recovery from pre-diagnosed injuries, including repetitive strain injuries, and to alleviate muscle tension in individuals engaged in regular physical activities. 

During your first appointment, Jekaterina conducts a thorough initial consultation to gather essential information, ensuring a personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Her passion for learning drives her to continually enhance her skills, always seeking new ways to support her clients effectively.

Prices:

£60 for 1 hour

£90 for 90 minutes 

£110 for 120 minutes

£45 for 30 minutes (follow up appointments only)
